I have lodged a complaint on 30 Oct 2015. My complaint No [protected] dt 30 Oct 2015. customer care told me engineer will report your office within 24 hrs. But it is observed that your engineer not reported till date. Today i.e. 02 Nov 2015 I again speak to customer care. They told me that Mr Sushil Pal is informed to report our office for repair the machine. But he is not reported. Many Army pers and families is benefited from our machine. There is a large problem if the machine will repair in due course. Please take necessary action on Mr Sushil Pal who is harass this office.
