Indian Army — trapped in 22000 oneplus 6

Hello sir.. My name is rahul tamang from nepal but i live in leh j&k
I was looking to buy a mobile from olx and found one, i meet a person's name sommnath giri. I contracted him. He told i am a military person, i do not cheat people, i trust them because anm behind army, my brother think about he indian's army so i relied on those forces that people will no fraud. And he told he will send phone by indian army courier, i payed him first 5500 by my account and aftr he sended me corrier slip
I sended 10000 and nxt day. I got call from a corrier boy and he told me to complete payment and then i payed 5000 and then he told me to lay 7050 and hi told i will get back 7000 aftr delivery then i payed 7050 aftr that they blocked me and i cannot do anything further i am attaching the proof and number of the one i need my heard earned money back please read..
