I have purchased helmet from amazon by making payment of 1, 809 through indian bank debit card. I have cancelled the item and amazon initiated refund on 29th nov, 19 with refund reference number of s996360. For which branch has no answer. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care.
