Indian Bank — amount crediting issue

I have order a mobile in flipkart cart but the agent cannot process my order so they have refunded amount back to my account but still the amount has not been credited . i have call to the customer care of the flipkart and asked about the refunded status they said me that amount as been credited to account kindly contact to the bank . I went to the branch manger and said what as happened they checked my account transaction and replied me still the amount has not been credited . same reply has been given by the bank employee for past three weeks still i could not retrieve my amount.
