[Resolved] Indian Bank — amount debited in atm but not received cash | |||
I tried to withdraw amount rs.900 using indian bank atm card in federal bank atm vada palani branch on 17.12.2018. The amount got debited in my account but not received cash. I gave a complaint letter to indian bank arun akkam branch where i've my sb account. Since no action was taken, i visited the branch on 31.12.2018. The assistant manager simply answered me that they missed the complaint letter and asked me to give the details again. But now it is sixdays after my visit to branch, till now amount not refunded to me. Need immediate action regarding this. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased and cancelled the order within 1hour on the same day in amazon. But cancelled amount has not been processed yet. The amount is Rs. 11151/-.
