Indian Bank — amount deducted from my account | |||
I have booked my tickets in redbus on 19th july 2018...My amount was debited from my account but my tickets are not booked...when i made a complaint on redbus they told us that we did not receive any amount from your bank account because of some transactional format from your bank..when I check my bank transaction its showing wrong dates that i made a payment on 19th july and it has been debited on 19th also bit in mini statement my amount debited on 20th july...i dont know really what is going on and they told me to contact my bank also.please help me out to get my amount 2400 back ASAP...
