Indian Bank — ATM withdrawal amount debited but cash not received

Today morning(01/07/2017) I given withdraw option for rs. 8000 at IOB ATM IOBD6057 using my SBI silver card ATM. The amount has not came from ATM but Rs. 8000 debited from my account. Txn#[protected]. Please look into the matter and credit Rs. 8000 as refund at the earliest to my SBI PMSP account. I am in need of the amount on a financial stress. Thank you sir
