Indian Bank — complaining about refund

I have purchased wireless earphones from amazon on[22 aug 2019] by making payment of 1, 099 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated a refund on[28 aug 2019] with the refund reference number of[ylmjhzza0000jyip65jc]. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file a charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives denying the existence of such form/facility. I need my refund asap. It is a practical issue and may happen again in the future for which the bank should be ready with a solution.
