Subject: Complaint about the imps failed transaction but amount got debited.

Sir/Madam,
Respected, I am Rupam Jana a savings account holder in your bank for last 7years.

I am writing this letter to inform you about the failed transaction from my account [protected] and Ifsc code -IDIB000H527 on 15/04/21 done using Mobile banking (indoasis) having transaction number- 5538356 amounting 20, 000.

While making the transaction amount got debited and I received a failed payment notification from the bank side with reference number[protected]. Also, the beneficiary has not received any money yet.

I request you to kindly look into the matter and reverse the amount to my own account. I shall be highly obliged.

জীবন মানে প্রতিনিয়ত যুদ্ধ, এই মন যেন সবসময় এক মুক্তির পথ খোঁজে। মাঝে মাঝে মনে হয় ছােটবেলার সেই দিন গুলাে ফিরে পেতাম, যেখানে না ছিল মানসিক দুন্দু, দায়িত্ব, যেখানে দিন কাটতাে বর্তমান কে নিয়ে ভবিষ্যৎ এর চিন্তা মাথায় থাকতাে না সত্যি আজ এ জীবন যুদ্ধের দিনে ওই দিন গুলাে বারে বারে যেন উকি মারে। বারে বারে মন যেন মুক্তির পথ খোঁজে।
