Indian Bank — complaint regarding refund

I cancelled an order through Amazon through which the payment was done through my Indian Bank debit card. It has been a week but I did not get my amount. When I contacted Amazon they told me that the payment has been transferred successfully on their part and that I should contact my bank.
They told me that my refund has been stuck with the bank and to contact the bank.
When I contacted them with the reference number of Amazon the bank told me that they can't check the status with the reference number.
I again called Amazon and they told me that refund has already been sent successfully and I should contact the bank.
Please help me get my refund.
