Indian Bank — credit card | |||
Excessively long delay in issuing a new credit card with an enhanced credit limit. The time taken is over 10 months. My sb ac. No. Is[protected] and credit card no. Is [protected]. I had applied once with all the necessary documents as told by the concerned person. Nothing happened for 4 months and the person got transferred. The next person, deepak by name told me to resubmit it. I did so after they had verified everything. Now for the past 6 months nothing has happened. Since they have not increased my credit limit, i am unable to purchase air tickets for my family if i have to go anywhere. This is not the way a bank should work. They lack professionalism and are not even ashamed but keep on exchanging sweet words with me saying that they would look into it. What more can i do Was this information helpful? | |||
