I am indian bank account holder i have gone to my home branch (Orathanadu) to withdrawal money from my account, i filled the withdrawal slip and went to the counter the person in the counter said "your signature is not registered so you have to give your aadhar card xerox to get money" then i went to my home and get my aathar xerox and returned to bank and gave that to the same person who previously asked me aathar xerox she received that and put a stablered that xerox with my withdrawal slip and returned it back to me and asked me to give it to the next person beside her he is senior to her then i went to him he asked (In a egoistic manner)"what do you want?" i replied "sir i need to withdrawal money from my account and explained the scenario" he then said again in a egoistic manner "ohh your signature is not registered its no way to do it now, i can't do anything now it's border time (@that time, time was 3:25pm 22nd september 2017 its a friday) i asked"when can it be done sir?"he again replied in a disturbing manner"go & come monday"
Note: the time i went to bank was 2:45 thn i stand in que for 10 mins & she asked for aathar xerox i went immediately and back to bank on 3:15 again a 10min que @ the time i went to that senior was 3:25 pm.
"at that time i addressed the senior officer he was not doing any work he was simply sitting on his chair and speaking with others "
This disturbed me a lot i'm urgently in need of money i went to bank to get it but the senario there was like"you can get money only if the officer has mood of giving it, this is not like a service the senario was like ;i went to a private local finance to borrow money" this totally disturbed & disappointed me very much that is the reason i'm writing this complaint. I hope you will take necessary action against this complaint.

I am using Indian bank rupay card when i want to do online transactions it shows your card has been blocked for further transactions due to incorrect details entry i have entered right details but it shows wrong.Can u solve this problem

Indian bank karur branch customer service is always worst, the all bank employees refuse to print the passbook and they didn't stick the sensor sticker on the passbook for passbook printing machine..
Last 3 month, i could nt print my passbook & couldn't verify my account saving details due to their irresponsibility
