Indian Bank — delay in refund from amazon

I have ordered a phone from amazon on 7th feb 2019. But due to some reason i had to cancel my order. It's been more than a week now but i have not received refund from amazon. As per amazon the refund has been processed but it has not been reflected in my account.

Hi. It's been 2 weeks and I have not got the refund amount.. Could you please provide an update.. I have been calling your support number and even they doesn't seems to be know about it.. This is very frustrating and disappointing as a customer's perspective.
