Indian Bank — didnt receive refund amount from indian bank

I have ordered 3 products (Order id[protected] in amazon on 9th august. 10th august i have cancelled all three items and refund was initiated in amazon on 11th august. Till now i didn’t receive the refund. The refund reference number which amazon given is 573970 and ylmjhzza0000jyip5x7t. When contacted indian bank customer care they are telling they cannot check. Kindly resolve this query as soon as possible

Updated by Preethavivek Amazon has processed refund for 2 products on 9th August 2019, refund reference number is 573970, in which 270.00 is never processed till now. I am supposed to get by 19th August. Still I didn’t receive so Kindly take immediate action.
