Respected sir, I, applied mukyamanthri yuvanestham scheme recently, and it was sanctioned as per the records of the department. But the amount which was sanctioned not yet credited to the indian bank. Then i will asked to the department regarding this. They told me that the aadhar is not linked with the npci. I approach so many times to indian bank and they said they had done from his side and updated but my adhaar with my bank account, and its not updated from npci. I have account with INDIAN BANK, on September 29th my ECS transaction declined sms i received, even if i have enough fund in this account.Past 3 years ECS transaction went well. Suddenly it's get failed. Even i didn't understand why it was failed. Kindly help me to resolve this issue

I booked tickets and tickets are cancelled but money was devoted and they made the refund but it's been 3 weeks more than 16 working days money was not credited into my account
