Indian Bank — I am complaining about net banking activation

I got net banking for last week but when im trying to log in, its showing ""user is pending for activation, contact to branch"".. I was contacted two times in branch.. Now i want to use net banking for online registration... Because the register method is only on online registration... Please solve it quickly...
