Indian Bank — I didn't get my refund which should have been deposited in my account on or before 23 may 2019 by amazon

I did online transaction on 8 may 2019 and i returned the product for which refund was initiated on 19 may it should be reflected in my bank statement on or before 23 may.refund was to be done by the amount is not reflected i contacted amazon they gave me a reference id and asked to file charge dispute form. The reference id given is[protected]. I request u to look into matter as soon as possible. I am fed up contacting bank and Amazon. I hope my issue will be solved here.
