I have withdraw rs.100000 my term deposit before term period. What is the process and it will be doing or not. Present situation i have no money in my hand. I have withdrawal for urgent basis. Government also telling it will withdraw but bank manager not giving amount before maturity. Please tell me what is process to withdraw my term deposit amount before maturity

I paid my College fees on 17/03/2020 rs 420 through debit card.My college is Madras Christian College.My college using to pay fees through debit card.My account debited with 420 but the amount not credited to college bank account . My college website shows failed but the amount not return back to my account.
