AN AMOUNT OF Rs.1, 98, 000/- transferred today[protected] through INDIANOASIS application by IMPS mode vide transaction no.[protected] but till writing this complaint the amount not yet credited to beneficiary or back to my account. sent a complaint by mail, immediately submitted a written complaint to HOSAKEREHALLI Indian Bank Branch Manager, spoke on phone the customer care representative but everyone was instructed me to wait for 1 or 2 days to get the issue resolved and also ADVISED NOT TO USE IMPS MODE ANY FUTURE TRANSACTION AS IT WILL BE VERY RISKY PARTICULARLY HIGHER AMOUNT TRANSACTION I am really worried as my transacted amount was on higher side Was this information helpful? | |
Feb 26, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved The prompt and honest action is taken by the INDIAN BANK GIRINAGAR BRANCH Officers are really very highly appreciated the complaint made by me to GIRINAGAR branch was immediately attended and sent mail to their concern department and also constant follow up on behalf their customer till issue get resolved is worth many many thanks keep it up officers Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
