Indian Bank — Loss of atm card and passbook

This is to inform you that is i recently lost or misplaced my atm card and passbook which is connected with my saving account no...[protected] i rrquest you to please cancel the card and issue me a replacement card ad early as possible .i also request you to freeze this card so that transention can be made ynder any curcumtances .

My ATM card.and passbook is lost so i request you to block my account and kindly make my new account as soon as possible its my humble requet to you.
