Indian Bank — money refund issues

I order a product in amazon at august 20 and simultaneously cancelled the ordered and amazon refunded my money to my bank but still my money is not yet reflected into my bank account... Its been 17 days from the day i cancelled the order but still my money is not yet refunded and ive contacted the indian bank customer care number asked for their aid but they were demanding utr number from amazon but amazon refused to give the utr number.. Instead amazon dictated the transaction number and they instructed me to dictate this transaction number to the indian bank... But indian bank was nothing to do with the transaction number... And they were complaining amazon... And the amazon is complaining the bank but i'm the victim between both of them and so"i kindly request you to take some neccessary action to get my money back"
