[Resolved] Indian Bank — Money Transfer Rejected | |||
Since the last two days I tried at least 15 times to transfer money from my Indian Bank Savings Bank a/c to a person who also has an Indian Bank Savings Bank account, but every time there is an error message stating, "350 - Above maximum balance", although there is sufficient funds available in my account. My home branch Jodhpur Park, Kolkata does not pick up the phone (I tries at least 20 times). My account number is[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 3, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved It was not the fault of the Bank. It was my fault that I did not know that there is a thing called Basic Savings Bank Deposit where the balance in the account cannot be more Rs 50, 000, and I was trying to transfer money to such an account which already had around Rs 50, 000 in it's credit. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
