Indian Bank — non processing of refund by indian bank already initiated by amazon | |||
I have purchased shampoo + conditioner combo from amazon on 29 january 2020 by making payment of 599 through indian bank debit card. I have returned the item and amazon initiated refund on 02 february 2020 with refund reference number of 797730. The order number of the purchase is[protected]. I visited branch for solution and they could not understand my problem and asked me to leave. When i contacted amazon, they requested to file charge dispute with indian bank customer care. But indian bank customer care executives are denying the existence of such form/facility. It is not about money but about the customer services offered by bank. It is the practical issue and may happen again in future for which bank should be ready with solution. Kindly resolve the issue Was this information helpful? | |||
