Indian Bank — Non-receipt of Inward online remittance | |||
Account no.[protected] I paid through my debit card to yatra.com on 3rd jan 2017. Since the service was not availed, they refunded the amount same day and stated that "depending upon my bank" the refund would be credited within 2-7 days. I have contacted my home branch, yelahanka, bangalore. I was told - after more than 15 visits spread across 3 months - that i have to contact yatra, since indian bank has not received funds.
