[Resolved]  Indian Bank — non refund of amount paid in snapdeal

I have ordered an item in snapdeal and made payment with indian bank debit card for an amount of rs.350. The ordered item was cancelled immediately before shipping. Snapdeal has initiated for reversal of amount and has shared the reference number[protected]. But the account statement shows non credit of the said amount. The same may please be considered and the amount may be reverted to my account at the earliest.
