Indian Bank — not received my refund from amazon | |||
Hello.. My name is shefa fathima.. My complaint is against indian bank regarding refund of two products from amazon.. The refund was issued from amazon on 22 of may and they even provided a reference number.. The amount had to reflect my bank account by 28 may.. But it hasn't reached yet.. When i contacted indian bank customer service they told me to visit the bank and they would help me out.. I even enquired about this in the bank today morning.. But they did not resolve my problem and told that it is amazon's responsibility to provide the refund and told me to contact them.. Please help me out.. The amount is rs.415 and rs.616... I am Tapas kumar Ray bearing account number- [protected].I used POS/Ecom ib debit card on dated 21/05/2019 at shree snakes Bhadrak. This day rs 561 transitions was cancelled and another transition was approved but two time deducted in my account.
Therefore i request to you please kindly refunded my amount.
