[Resolved] Indian Bank — Not refunded money even though ticket has been raised | |||||
On 13 Jan 2017, i have tried booking IRCTC ticket and transaction was canceled by the bank but money got deducted it's now more than 10days but there is no action from the bank. I have logged the complaint on customer portal on 18th Jan 2017 they have not resolved my complaint and mark that as completed. I am taking rigorous follow-up on mail and so far drafted more than 20 emails but no reply. My All complaint numbers are IBCWE[protected] IBCWE[protected] IBCWE[protected] IBCWE[protected] INET[protected] And attaching fail transaction details. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 23, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally today got refund of 550rs along with transaction charge of 10rs.
Still I must day poor customer support experience.
SUGGESTION FOR INDIAN BANK:- It's really great help if Bank should keep track failed transaction and withing 48 hours or within 3 days they should initiate back transaction.
Ex:-Currently CITI BANK is doing this, if your transaction is fail and money got deducted within 24hours you will get money back in your account. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
