I submitted a letter for seeking new passbook for replacing old purpose on bank they told within 10 days book will come... But still now about 4 months gone till now no response please take sivere action... And i want a response on phone call or mail... Iam very upset due to behavioural of bank staffs in villianur branch let me anyway i asked sorry for tense

Loan nahi dene ke liye

The bank employees don't respond to the customers properly. When they ask for any help or to process the request they just shout telling they have enough work to do.. employee name flamita and meenadevi

Since it's government job bank employees think we can't question them.. people have to raise there voice only then the bank employees will know even others have others things to do in life not just wait in the bank.. employees have time to chat all the day.. go for lunch for hours and expect us to wait for hours just for 5min work..
