[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Payment for fees to veranda race Money deducted but no confirmation of receipt and amount not credited to veranda race

While paying fees through CC AVENUE gateway online on 07.03.2022 the fees Rs.14, 986 for the course in Veranda Race once the payment made the page showed error as site cannot be reached, but the amount was deducted from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation receipt as fees paid and once I enquired veranda race even the amount was not credited to veranda race. Kindly refund or update on the same.
