[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Pending refund amazon

Hi, i have tried paying my electricity bill on amazon through my bank debit card which was cancelled but the refund was successfully initiated by amazon but its been a week i has not been reflected on my bank statement i tried calling bank customer care which takes so long to wait they asked for utr which amazon didn't give but only refund reference code. Kindly credit back my refund amount
