[Resolved]  Indian Bank — refund amount has not processed in my account

The amazon people has refund an amount of rs. 205/- was initiated on 10 th august 2019., but the amount is nit yet credit in my account, they have provide the following details also.

Please g through the mail, the mail received from "AMAZON" with regard to the refund amount details. Please help me in this regard. To help you ahead, I've checked the details of your orders and see that the refund of Rs.205.00 was initiated from our end on August 10 to your credit card account which should have reflected in your account by now, as you have stated that you have not received your refund, I am providing you the below details. Refund Reference Number:089320 Refund Amount:205.00 Refund Date:August 10. In this case, I humbly request for you to contact the customer care department of your bank with this reference numbers for more information about your refund. If your bank doesn't provide the refund confirmation, you can dispute the transaction as "refund never processed". At that time, they'll see a pending refund and will follow the path back to our payment processor to locate the refund. I'm positive that they will be able to locate the number and help you without hazel. If in case not, please file a charge Dispute and share us the Charge Dispute ID so that I can forward the details to the billing team and help you further.
