I had an order from amazon and after i returned it, i still didn't receive my refund so i want to know where it has stuck.

On 12 of this month, I ordered a T-shirt from amazon and payment was done later on 16 of this month I received a message that my order was cancelled and refund will be initiated shortly. when I enquired amazon customer service they stated that refund was initiated from their side and its pending from bank side.
