Indian Bank — refund money from amazon is not credited | |||
I placed an order from amazon by using atm card and i return it but refund amount is not credited yet and when contact with amazon customer care executive they give me a reference code and said that ask your bank customer care executive member and i reached bank customer care executive they said they can't anything by using that reference code so i am complaining a problem here to resolve my problem Was this information helpful? | |||

I have ordered products worth 498 rupees from amazon...but they didn't delivered products.they intiated refund process.reference number :[protected]...they intiated the process on april 20..after 7 days also i couldn't receive the refund amount of 498 rupees...kindly refund my amount

I have transferred rs 6000 to my icici bank account through imps, it has been more than 24 hrs, still the amount is not credited in the beneficiary account.
