[Resolved] Indian Bank — refund money is not credited in my account initiated from amazon | |||
I purchased a mobile phone of rs6249 from amazon.in through indian bank rupay debit card ending with 4597 on 17/06/2019 at 10:07 pm but i cancelled the order so amazon initiated my refund of rs 6224 (99.77 and 6124.23) on 20/06/2019 but my money still not credited in my account till date. Amazon give me a refund reference number which is[protected]. So i contacted with reference number many times to bank customer care but they does not solve my problem. Also i contacted many times to amazon customer care but they told me to file a "charge dispute" or "refund never processed" from indian bank. As this time i'm very disappointed to contact many times to bank and amazon cc and every time i'm failing to solve my problem. At this time this is very serious problem to me. I have approached Indian bank addanki Branch for CLEARING OF RS 100000 (at par cheque). FIRST HE said, he needs confirmation from account holder...i have been confirmed the manager by account HOLDER...after that the manager saying only of RS 50000 will clear. If it is not feasible why he said that he needs confirmation from AC HOLDER. Clarify
