Indian Bank — refund not credited in my indian bank account

I have ordered 4700BC Nutty Tuxedo Chocolate Popcorn from flipkart and cancelled it . I should have got refund amount to my Indian Bank Account by 22 Jan and I haven't received it yet .
I have contacted to my branch as well, they refused to help by saying as your account is operative, its not their responsibility to solve this issue .And flipkart is saying they cannot help now and telling me to contact to branch.

This is very dissatisfying as both are refusing to help .
