Indian Bank — refund not credited to account after the 20 days of transaction

Address:Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh

I am naveen royal i made 2 Upi transactions for recharge of amount 59and 59 on[protected] but the recharge status is unsuccessful and amazon has given two reference numbers for refund.but the refund has not been credited till now. The amazon ask me to contact the bank customer care and they respond like they have nothing to with reference numbers.plz credit the amount.reference no are mentioned in screenshot below
