Indian Bank — Refund not received for cancelled bus ticket | |||||
I booked a bus ticket in Redbus through my Indian bank Rupay Debit card and cancelled it. The refund for amount Rs. 1334.40/- has not yet been processed. The redbus management is telling they have processed the refund, but still I am not getting it in my account. I made a complaint to them and they asked me to contact you as they are clear with their work. Please help me to get my refund. I have attached the bank ARN details with this mail.
