Indian Bank — refund not reflected in the a/c

I have ordered a Treadmill worth Rs.25, 750/- Through Amazon platform but due to prevailing COVID-19 incidents I had to cancel it And they say that they have initiated transfer on 25th Mar 2019 and they also have shared the UTR[7BJXC7YK0000K78NFPZJ] number and when the amount was not reflected in the bank A/c i called Amazon customer care and they told me to call the customer care of Indian bank i did the same after waiting for 15mins call was connected and they told me to go to the concern home branch and I visited the home branch they told we can't do anything please go back to Amazon Hence i called them(Amazon customer care) and they told me to file the charge dispute form.

I hope that my refund will be issued to me as soon as possible.

They say it’s a reference number and not a UTR number and the bank can’t help with it but Amazon say that when the other banks can help with the reference number why can’t your bank help with it
