Indian Bank — refund was not initiated

My name is (Vinod N Naik) and I had ordered product of Rs.339 and product name is fortify back cover in Amazon purchase date is (19/01/2020) and after return at a same date but amount was taken with my debit card but it initiated at same time but it not came my card so the reference no is 74332740020001951214419 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent
