Indian Bank — regarding amazon recharge amount failure refund

Im anitha made a vodafone recharge of Rs. 334 on 9.6.19 but it has been cancelled and amount has beeb debited twice via my indian bank debit cardin the name anitha . but not yet refunded in my into my bank account and amazon ref no:[protected] &[protected], with the help of this ref number please kindly do the refund as soon as possible
