Indian Bank — regarding refund issue

I bought a mobile phone from amazon worth ₹9999 on 15 jan but after certain time i cancelled that order. They refunded the amount same day with refund reference number[protected] but till date amount is not credited to my account. Please look into matter it's very serious. And my indian bank account number [protected].
