Indian Bank — regarding to irresponsible speech and behaving from branch manager

i am residing at nearest branch for Indian bank at
tiruvannamalai, Branch name is temple view branch, Branch code is 00T111,
i go to branch at 11am, The branch manager madam is worst behaving and speech to every one customer. I observe and watch for some times after i get back from branch before complete my work, I thing really she is is not good
manner of the post, I request you to kindly take action to his.
