Indian Bank — Repay issue

I ordered Shirt From Myntra on 08/02/2021 in UPI.Then I cancel the Shirt Order.In Myntra they takes 7-10 working days to send the money to over the bank.but money still not get.so I asked for bank reference number.Myntra cares send the reference number.then i ask the bank says it not ours problem.its your ECom service problem
