Indian Bank — service & behaviour | |||
Recently there is a lady staff in indian bank (Virar (W) branch), who behaves rudely with every customer. She always give very tight answer to customers, as many customers are not aware about banking as they are not so educated. That doesn't mean they should not valued by bank staffs. She also makes other staff to do so strict work which won't help customers. She keeps on scolding everyone and even security guard, who are nit so educated. She should answer warmly and happily so next time customer could go again to her and solve there problems. Yesterday i went she was scolding security guard for air conditioner. And the same behaviour was there with cashier (Raghuram). And by seeing this behaviour of that lady, a bank staff balu ganu nachre was also behaving same like her, who never do that. I don't know that lady's name but she is wearing spectacle. And was sitting between cashier and mr. Nachre. Even manager don't take any action. This banks always now and then having connectivity problem, a/c not working, cdm also not working, etc. Problems. There shoukd be some commity who visit every branch of bank and take action against problems in there bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
