This is to inform you that, i have purchased items in reliance fresh at north usman road, t. Nagar-17. On 14.11.2017 through my indian bank debit card no.[protected]. Hence, cashier swiped my debit card twice for purchased items of rs. 425.22/- whereas reliance fresh cashier first time swiped my debit card, it shows error, but whereas the amount has been debited in my account. Later again cashier second time swiped my card, again it got debited from the above account number. Hence, kindly request you to credit the of rs.425.22/- to the above account number. Enclosed puchased invoice, swiping slip & bank passbook copy. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
