Indian Bank — transaction about refund | |||
I ordered samsung galaxy m20 phone in amazon and i cancelled the order. Refund was initiated on 13th april 2019. Today is 24th april 2019. When i called amazon customer care they said that they already transacted the amount to my account. But till it didn't came to my account. Who is responsible for this? Bank or amazon.
