Indian Bank — transaction unable to dispense but amount debited from my account | |||
Sir iam kotakmahindra bank customer. On2/3/2017 i used my atm card at indian bank atm at south street main branch at thanjavur when i insert my atm card i got the receipt only unable to dispense. Then iuse the same branch cdm machine but i have received the same receipt o[censored]nable to dispense. But afew minutes i have received the message from my account debit rupees 2000/. That same day i informed to the branch manager immediately. He told me to conduct customer care. I complained more then 5 times but there is no proper response from kotakmahindra bank customer care.
