Indian Bank — Unethical behaviour by bank employees towards customers | |||||
Plz read the complaint first and then reply. Its not about atm which is inactive i posted i have applied for new atm debit card and there is no update on it. Was told i would be getting sms in 3 days. Kindly let me know whether its old card or new card which is with bank now and which is inactive. Hope to get a accurate response this time according to the query asked. Second thing about the rudeness of the employee in the branch who treats customers like they come there to beg. Kindly teach ur staff to be polite with customers who have opened acxount in ur branch. Hope this would be taken care and would send me a update on the action taken. He was ravi from indian bank branch darulshifa. Hyderabad Just came back from bank and there is no atm card there then why was i called to thr bank to activate my atm card. Only green pin generated it seems but was told i will get sms. Didnt get any sms till now. Applied for 2 cards. Mine and for my wife. I was used my debit card for purchase something in limeroad I money was debited but that's not reached for my purchase purpose and also not yet credited in my account.. when is it refund??
