Indian Bank — Unsuccessful IMPS transfer | |||
I have transfered Rs.2500/- on 11.09.2020 from mobile banking IMPS in indian Bank app the amount was debited from my account for unsucessful transfer the I complaint in online on 14.09.20 Ref No.IBE0296939 there is no response again I have given complaint on 25.09.2020 in online Ref No.IBEWE[protected] and contacted customer care they said to give a complaint in branch office. I went to Krishnagiri Indian Bank branch office they not provided any form for complaint they said to write and give in white sheet. I asked for complaint No. they did'nt provide any number and simple said we will contact very poor response from bank side. Was this information helpful? | |||
