Indian Clock Company — unauthorized online casio watch seller

I have ordered an online casio watch from url clock.co.in on 27/may/2019. Last week i have taken the watch for service. Service personnel verified the invoice copy and warranty card and said the job work cannot be taken because the watch was sold by unauthorized seller which did not have barcode imprinted on the warranty card.

I have logged a complain to their what's app no [protected] and email id [protected]@clock.co.in of indian clock company on 12/nov. I was promised to service the watch i. E., pickup will be arranged and delivered back once it is serviced. The process/procedure will be updated in the due course said by the customer support team. However, this is not a process for watch servicing and why the warranty card had no barcode if it is orginal.

Please help me in recovering my money rs 3597 from the unauthorized seller.
